Reverse Bias Leakage

Time series reverse bias leakage testing was performed on the 3002-06-01 valve to quantify reverse bias leakage at low reverse bias psid. The leakage was plotted over time due to the tight leakage requirements of the valve.

Pressure Drop

Pressure drop testing was performed on the 3002-06-01 valve to quantify pressure loss across the valve for various low flow rates. Since check valves must overcome crack pressure to begin flowing, a check valves full ESEOD is not reached until higher flows are achieved.
